Pregnancy
Pregnancy is a huge point of transition in any woman’s life. Chiropractic care and Webster technique are a wonderful way to help ease you through the changes happening to your body.
Webster is a safe, gentle technique used to balance the joints, muscles, and nerves within the pelvis to create a more comfortable environment for you and your baby. It has been shown to decrease back pain and sciatic pain during pregnancy as well as decrease the incidence of back labor.
It also has been shown in some women to decrease labor times and dystocia. Many times (about 70%) breech position is shown to be corrected.

Pediatrics
Children are among the population of people that are overlooked when it comes to health of the nervous system, in fact many are surprised to find out I work with children, as young as under a week old!
Chiropractic care for children is gentle with little to no force! Many have sought out chiropractic care for their little ones due to colic, reflux, constipation, chronic ear infections, bed-wetting, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Babies come into this world under tremendous physical pressure, and go on to grow exponentially with no shortage of trips and tumbulls. Chiropractic care is a great way to help your children transition through all stages of growth.
Ergonomics and Workplace
There is a huge need today for people to take charge of their health, and with the increasing amount of pressure and stress in the work place it’s no wonder so many are becoming sick with diseases of lifestyle.
Chiropractic care is a wonderful way to help increase you or your employee’s health, happiness, and performance.
Let’s face it, there is nothing easy about using precious PTO to go to the doctor. Dr. Gabby’s Mobile practice is perfect for the workplace. Her follow-ups can be as quick as 15 minutes and her table and supplies come to you.
Dr. Gabby can also use some of this time to evaluate your work station and make corrections that support the best ergonomic set-ups. When employees are happy and healthy, increased productivity is just the side-effect.

Techniques I Use
Diversified Technique: Manual spinal adjustment characterized by high velocity- low amplitude thrust. The Objective is to restore proper movement and alignment of spine and joint dysfunction
Webster Technique: A safe-gentle adjustment characterized by restoring neuro-biomechanical function and balance to the pelvis. It is used most often with pregnant women but can be utilized outside of pregnancy and with men.
ConnectX Technique: A tool-assisted myofascial release and soft tissue therapy technique similar to Graston. It is used to detect and resolve inappropriate connective tissue and fascial adhesions.
Activator Technique: A great alternative to manual adjustments, this gentle adjustment is produced by a spring loaded tool that delivers a small impulse to the spine. It is enough force to create small movements within the spine but not enough to cause injury. Some prefer this method since it does not create the traditional “crack, or pop” that other chiropractic techniques can.
